Dear Le Pod Friends and Family,

It is with mixed emotions that we announce the closure of Le Pod Curbside Cuisine on Friday, May 10.

For the past year-and-a-half, it has been our pleasure to serve the folks of Santa Fe and beyond from our Airstream in the ‘French Quarter’. We have built many wonderful relationships and met some incredibly interesting people along the way.

It is now time us to move on to new ventures. We look forward to what lies ahead and to continuing to see all of you around Santa Fe.

Located in downtown Santa Fe, NM, Le Pod is a hip, retro eatery on wheels serving French street food with a New Mexican twist.  Le Pod is a state-of-the-art food cart in a vintage, lovingly-restored 1963 Airstream Trailer. 

Chef Jean-Luc Salles and his team create quick and delicious comfort food for busy workers, parents on the go, and food explorers of all ages. Come watch the show and sample tantalizing savory and sweet crepes, French style paninis, soup du jour, French style hot dogs and the classic comfort food, gratin dauphinois.
